Request Delivery vs. Request Pickup?

There are two types of item requests in Gimmal Physical: Deliveries and Pickups.

Request Delivery: Used to request an item to be delivered to a specific user.

Delivery requests will only be approved if the requested item is in its home location. If the requested item is checked out, the delivery request will be put on the wait list until the item is checked back into its home location.

Request Pickup: Used to request an item currently in a user’s possession to be picked up and returned to its home location. A pickup request can only be approved when the item is in a location different from its home location.
