Why aren't my labels printing?
Be sure to check the following settings and permissions if labels are not printing.
Label buttons/controls are not visible
Ensure your role has all appropriate permissions to print labels.
Label Queue does not show newly created items
When using Import to create new items, there is an option to Queue Labels for Printing. Ensure this option is selected.
Check Label Printing in Preferences and ensure the “Auto-add” preference is set to Yes for the desired item type.
PDF is not generated:
Verify that pop-ups are enabled.
Go to Admin -> Label Profiles -> Edit for the label you are trying to print. Check to see that all of the values are correct and valid.
If the PDF generates but doesn’t print:
Make sure you are connected to the printer and that it is turned on.
Check the printer settings and page layout to verify that all match the PDF you are printing (page size, layout, etc.).
Check with your IT department that the printer and computer are properly set up to print.
